At Traditions (Kiyvi Luxury Private Limited), we are committed to delivering premium-quality jewelry with complete transparency and customer satisfaction. Since every jewelry piece reflects exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and detailed finishing, we have established a fair cancellation policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our valued customers.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been processed, customized, or shipped. Once the order enters the manufacturing, customization, polishing, or dispatch stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized & Personalized Jewelry
As many of our jewelry pieces are specially handcrafted and customized according to customer preferences, custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized jewelry orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. These items are uniquely prepared and cannot be resold.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible cancellation period, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on banking timelines.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing their order. If required, customers may contact our support team for assistance regarding exchanges or return eligibility.
Cancellation by Traditions
In rare situations, Traditions reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, including payment verification issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational limitations. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and a complete refund will be issued.
